Hessam Abrishami

Born in Shiraz, Iran in 1951, Abrishami first discovered his love and talent for art through the inspiration and encouragement of a high school teacher. At 19, he received first place in the “Iranian New Artists Competition”, with countless awards and recognitions following since. He trained in Italy, completing his Master’s degree in Fine Art, before emigrating to Los Angeles.  Greatly influenced by modern masters from Cezanne to Picasso, Hessam’s boldly colorful paintings are filled with love and laughter, music and dance.
